What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Project management of client implementations, coordinating with internal departments
- Proactively communicate with clients, prioritize and address client issues/concerns
- Execute client strategies to increase retention and penetration
- Manage client inventory and program renewals
- Ensure compliance with Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) data handling procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
- 3+ years of experience in client/customer service/sales environment
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional account teams
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products
- Some travel required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Previous experience in diverse internal systems and problem resolution
