- Manage and grow relationships with new, existing and key accounts identifying growth opportunities.
- Act as key contact between your Accounts and internal divisions at InComm, including Digital Operations, Product team, Accounting/Finance, Legal, IT and Reporting teams.
- Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations for your accounts working in conjunction with internal teams.
- Create joint business plans and track sales to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Plan promotional calendars, coordinate and execute marketing awareness campaigns and promotions collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve and analyze results and post-promo activities.
- Conduct regular account updates, business reviews and undertake strategic planning with key contacts.
- Execute product range reviews and manage the launch of new products and programs within your retailer and business accounts.
- Become a subject matter expert on your Accounts, as well as InComm’s product and service offerings.
- Drive investigation and resolution of problems, incidents and reconciliation queries.
- Understand data, trends, industry research and recommend ideas to increase sales, distribution, product mix or improve operations with your accounts.
- Conduct market intelligence and analysis of customers and competitors.
- Interstate Travel as needed
- Previous Account Management/Sales experience an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ business experience in client-facing, customer-focused and/or service-oriented roles. Retail or Hospitality sector experience highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams, internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident communicator in all formats (email, documents, telephone/video call, presentations) with the willingness to learn and ambition to succeed.
- Highly organised , able to manage and prioritise multiple activities and tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to take ownership and ability to drive activities from start to completion.
- Collaborative, logical thinker with an eye for details.
- Proactive initiative-taker able to work equally well independently or as part of a team, in a fast-paced, time critical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency with online proprietary applications (e.g., sales/inventory/ordering) highly regarded.
- Previous Account Management/Sales experience an advantage.
