- Serves as the project manager, managing a comprehensive work plan to ensure an effective implementation of program assigned
- Work closely with assigned client(s) to identify and manage the action items and strategies to maintain an effective program and productive relationship
- Manages all aspects of the contractual obligations to include performance guarantees, data requirements etc.
- Provides timely account reports to appropriate team members and follow up as needed
- Assist up-front team (imaging, IV, intake prep, PCC) with payor related issues or questions
- Assist outside sales team with status updates or questions related to assigned program
- Other duties as assigned to support the Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams
- Post Contract executive maintenance

Position Purpose: Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted payors. Responsible for the successful implementation and management of new programs (payor, pharma, or physician related) companywide. Ensure that the terms of payor contracts are being met and reported as required.
This is a remote position but candidates must reside near one of the following cities
Orlando, FL
Earth City, MO
Troy, MI
Houston, TX
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of client implementation experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry.
Pay Range: $52,900.00 - $95,200.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
