      Role Description: As an Account Manager for Land.com you will support a team of Field Sales Executives in the sale of Land.com advertising solutions. You will provide excellent customer service to your client-base all while becoming an industry expert on the Land.com Network.


      Responsibilities

      • Deliver high-quality customer service and client retention through daily communications, training, and proper on-boarding of new customers
      • Understand the value of Land.com products and pricing as well as identifying upsell opportunities for our Sales team
      • Execute client onboarding by processing contracts, creating accounts, and managing ad inventory
      • Troubleshoot client concerns and manage billing requests
      • Document client interactions in admin system
      • Provide internal feedback on client trends

      Required Qualifications & Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
      • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
      • 2+ years of customer service experience required, preferably over telephone, preferably business-to-business.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
      • Excellent interpersonal skills (conflict resolution, negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and external individuals
      • Ability to deliver results while working to deadlines
      • Ability to plan and organize workload in a fast-paced environment
      • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
