      Overview

      We understand manufacturing and how to move it. As the logistics arm of Lixil Corporation, a global family of brands including American Standard, GROHE, INAX, Basco, Tostem, and more, we organize and manage our lanes and utilize the capacity of our key shipper-to-shipper relationships. In fact, in addition to managing all modes of Lixil’s North American outbound and inbound logistics, we also manage the logistics of a wide range of external partners, mainly in the manufacturing industry.


      Responsibilities

      The Account Managers are assigned specific customers and assume total account ownership for those customers. You will address concerns and implement solutions for established and prospective customers to grow Amstan’s overall enterprise.

      ● Responsible for the daily operations of existing and new client accounts brought on by our sales team.


      - Foster and grow assigned customer accounts by driving long-term
      relationships
      - Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned customer accounts
      - Expand assigned customer volume and/or margin
      - Selling and negotiating at a transactional level
      - Quoting, scheduling, and tracking shipment
      - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any account issues
      - Achieve set revenue and margin goals as defined by Amstan’s annual forecast

      ● Gathering, analyzing, and preparing relevant information for quarterly business
      reviews
      ● Identify and qualify/generate new business leads through referrals and contacts
      ● Maintain communication with the Carrier Sales Team

      ● Work on special projects as assigned by the Manager


      Qualifications

      ● High School Diploma or GED required

      ● Self-Starter/ Highly Motivated
      ● Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
      ● Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and carriers
      ● Strong sense of urgency
      ● 0-2 years of transportation and 3PL logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain
      management.

      ● Mercury Gate Experience preferred


      Hiring Range

      The Hiring Salary Range for this position is

      $45,000.00- $71,000.00 annually.

      (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

      Other Compensation (if applicable): This role will be eligible to participate in an incentive target bonus plan.
