Job Description

- Assigned workspace in Louisville, KY and is hybrid working in the office two days per week

- Formal, hands-on training
- Developing and executing a client service delivery strategy for assigned clients around needs, contract specifications, and cost components
- Promoting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, acting as a lead generator for the Account Executive
- Understanding and managing contract expiration dates and presenting SVS solutions in advance to retain relationships
- Conducting regularly scheduled calls, presentations, and on-site client visits to review business performance, including training and education
- Proactively communicating service status and acting as an escalation point for service issues
- Coordinating card production, implementation, and reporting activities
- Documenting client interactions, issues, and actions per departmental guidelines
- High school education or equivalent required
- Three to five years of relevant experience required
- Proven experience in account management or client services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with contract management and client relationship management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our Stored Value Solutions (SVS) division. This position falls under our Client Services line of business and is located in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and effective use of SVS products and services. You will report directly to the Client Services Manager and regularly collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams.
