      Job Description

      • Ability to effectively communicate
      • Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and keep multiple projects on-track
      • Assist with the maintenance of flowcharts, buying guidelines, plan delivery (pacing and reporting), budget summaries, and billing
      • Run and maintain competitive spending reports, and execute baseline assessments of data
      • Ensure key information is provided to appropriate individuals and teams regarding operational management issues clear, error-free and on-time
      • Other administrative responsibilities as needed: assembly of presentation materials, client binders, meeting setup
      • Express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
      • Write in a clear, compelling and concise manner
      • Organize ideas and information logically and sequentially

      Qualifications

      • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
      • Accuracy and attention to detail a must
      • Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
      • Advertising agency or professional services experience preferred
      • Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
      • Able to work well in a team environment
      • Strong math and analytical skills
      • Strong organization and time management skills

      Additional Information

      Flexible to work across different time zones/shifts (including night shift)
