      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage overall territory, achieving sales goals and profitability for assigned products
      - Develop and execute territory plans to increase revenue and secure new business
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology adoption and customer satisfaction
      - Maintain accurate account data within CRM and provide timely sales forecasts
      - Function as Project Manager post-sale, overseeing product implementation and client support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a complex environment, including at least 2 years in hospital sales
      - Proven consultative, capital equipment, and clinical sales experience
      - Strong analytical skills to effectively target new business and identify customer needs
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills to educate customers and conduct sales presentations

      - Experience in managing complex sales processes within acute care surgical and critical care environments
      - Familiarity with medical technology trends and clinical procedures
      - Ability to develop brand-loyal clinical and economic champions within healthcare settings
