- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless client communication and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with aviation industry clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and operations, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while aligning with company objectives and client expectations.
- Prepare regular reports on customer engagement, market trends, and sales performance.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on aviation industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify potential new business opportunities within existing accounts and support lead generation initiatives.
- Proven experience in account management, customer relations, or sales within the aviation or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve customer engagement and sales strategies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in aerospace procurement or aviation supply chain management.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and global trade compliance.
- Knowledge of aftermarket aviation parts and services.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
