      Job Summary: Account Manager

      Seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to cultivate strong relationships with clients, manage key accounts, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation supply chain management, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless client communication and support.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with aviation industry clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
      • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
      • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and operations, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
      • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while aligning with company objectives and client expectations.
      • Prepare regular reports on customer engagement, market trends, and sales performance.
      • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
      • Stay updated on aviation industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
      • Identify potential new business opportunities within existing accounts and support lead generation initiatives.

      Required Skills and Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in account management, customer relations, or sales within the aviation or manufacturing industry.
      • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve customer engagement and sales strategies.
      • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Self-motivated and results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in aerospace procurement or aviation supply chain management.
      • Familiarity with industry regulations and global trade compliance.
      • Knowledge of aftermarket aviation parts and services.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
