As the u00A0 Account Manager, Paid Search , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a client's digital u00A0 paid search u00A0 initiatives. This includes developing strategy and managing the execution of search marketing campaigns based on the client's business objectives.u00A0
Key Responsibilities:u00A0
- Create,u00A0 manage u00A0and execute strategic digital marketing plans that meet client goals
- Create, presents and gain client approval on insertion orders, campaign strategies and tactics
- Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes
- Forecast,u00A0 generate u00A0and maximize revenue opportunities with clients
- Monitor, track, evaluate,u00A0 report u00A0and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
- Deliver monthly client reports, verify data accuracy, provideu00A0 analysis u00A0and keep clients updated on account status.
- Scope and develop new business with companies looking to meet their marketing goals using search marketing
- Build a solid partnership with youru00A0 accounts u00A0media planners and the client services team, balancing u00A0 each otheru2019s u00A0 expertise to find and develop practical ideas for future media growth, channel expansions or channel optimization
- Maintain positive client relationships,u00A0 expectations u00A0and communications with the assistance of internal resources
- Coach and develop the team
- Stayu00A0 up-to-date u00A0with industry trends and developments in digital marketing as well as consumer behavior to recommend improvements to accounts
What You Bring:u00A0
- A true cross channel marketer, with hands-on experience planning and buying across multiple platforms such as Google, Bing.
- Google search fundamentals u00A0 certification
- 2-3 years of account/client management experience with complex paid /digital/ campaigns; multi-level sales/selling intou00A0 accounts;
- Track record of growing account scale and success, delivering great customer experiences through your working relationships on the client side
- Technical and analytical mindset u00A0 with demonstrated ability to use paid media strategy to complement owned and earned media campaigns and meet business objectives
- Experience using all digital biddable platforms (Search: u00A0 Google Ads, u00A0 Microsoft u00A0 Ads u00A0 aka: Bing Ads) and analytical tools (Google Analytics)
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts u00A0
- Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face u00A0 in a fast-paced environment
- High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint u00A0
- Desire to manage and mentor junior members of a team
- Knowledge of French language is an asset
