Job Description
- Req#: 17471
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their digital campaign lifecycle.
- Coordinate the delivery, proofing, and approval of creative assets and ad copy.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag optimization opportunities.
- Analyze and summarize campaign reports for internal review and client reporting calls.
- Gather necessary materials from clients and ensure timely campaign setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign deliverables with client goals.
- Identify upsell or growth opportunities based on campaign data and results.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or media.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort with interpreting performance data and making strategic recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs, etc.) a plus
