- Act as the key point of contact for key client partners to keep them informed and aligned on all campaign activity. This involves regular, clear communication with clients’ project managers and ownership of project timelines.
- Manage overall campaign workflow for all campaigns across all international markets.
- Manage the overall global brand campaign assets production across media channels.
- Day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns and projects across all teams internally and externally to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Apply knowledge and skills towards efficient and effective project management.
- Apply research and insight understanding to campaign activity to push brand campaigns forward.
- Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform collaboratively and in an integrated manner (online and offline, media, creative and strategy).
- Completing campaigns and projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
- Generating accurate reports and status notifications.
- Encourage clients, team and broader agency partners towards productive and efficient work outcomes.
- BSc degree in Marketing or Communications.
- A strong background in advertising, communications, design or marketing (media and creation, on- and offline; agency experience preferred).
- Knowledge of marketing channels with a specific emphasis on digital and social channels.
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects with multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently yet collaboratively.
- Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English – knowledge of German a bonus.
