Research existing contracts to identify potential profitability and liabilities
Identify gas supply and/or marketing opportunities and to support strategic business plans
Help in the preparation for complex negotiations with potential customers or service providers, such as production companies, LDC’s and power generation companies, other natural gas gathering and processing companies and companies specializing in the marketing of natural gas, for new short-term and long-term transactions
Develop new relationships with potential small to mid-scale accounts and maintain effective customer relations with existing accounts
Participate in development of small to mid-scale projects to support business strategies
Prepare economic models, perform calculations, and conduct analyses to for review to assist in the evaluation of new or potential customers, interconnections, well connects, equity gas sales, and optimization of expansion and organic growth projects as applicable to the position
Research information for evaluation to determine its applicability to our business operations and utilize this information to help formulate our overall strategic business plans
Interact and participate with engineering, construction, operations, contract administrators, commercial, scheduling, land, regulatory, legal and others regarding supply and/or market opportunities
Develop, interpret, and/or prepare information and correspondence including but not limited to:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent formal education to include a combination of courses such as finance, accounting, engineering, business management, or job related experience
Experience with and thorough knowledge of activities related to gas supply, gas purchase, gathering systems, gas transportation, gas storage, gas accounting, and/or gas sales, including equity gas sales and purchases, as applicable to the position
Experience in use and function of office equipment including microcomputers and applicable software
Experience and/or knowledge including but not limited to:

Experience analyzing data with a strong business acumen
Experience researching, analyzing, and resolving issues and/or questions concerning contracts, agreements, regulations, policies, and procedures

JOB SUMMARY
ONEOK is seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for Commercial activities including project management, contract negotiation, and financial analysis for key exploration and production customer accounts with a primary focus in the Mid-Continent region. This position will manage and grow relationships internally and externally to execute strategies within the Gas Gathering & Processing business segment. An emphasis on building strong relationships, entrepreneurial mindset, and providing excellent customer service is desired. Open to an Account Director (senior-level role) based on experience.
This role is hybrid:
Office - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
