- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of services and solutions provided. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Manage contract renewals and extensions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform strategic planning and client recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or relevant experience in Managed Services and/or certifications..
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, sales, or a related role. Experience in the IT or technology sector is required, preferably Managed Services, infrastructure, or similar solutions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
