      Job Summary: The Client Executive/Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing strategic plans to address those needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
      • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
      • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
      • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
      • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of services and solutions provided. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
      • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Manage contract renewals and extensions.
      • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform strategic planning and client recommendations.

      Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or relevant experience in Managed Services and/or certifications..
      • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, sales, or a related role. Experience in the IT or technology sector is required, preferably Managed Services, infrastructure, or similar solutions.
      • Skills:
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
        • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
        • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
        • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

      Base salary + Bonus

      Salar range starts at $140k and is based on experience and cost of living region
