- The Account Manager will be responsible for the day to team and client interaction for regional.
- Responsibility for maintaining and nurturing relationships with client(s) on a day-to-day basis.
- You will engage with TMS’s Global support functions to ensure adequate resource is applied to meet client expectations.
- You will also provide a high degree of technical support and expertise both to clients and associates.
- Manage operational financial performance for the designated element of the client contract.
- Achieve all financial targets to reflect the contractual agreement with the client.
- Works with the management team to develop and execute Production management plans on a weekly basis.
- Assist the Regional Account Director (RAD) in the development of operational and commercial strategies.
- Assist in customer audits and benchmarking exercises.
- Analysis of monthly customer and internal MI to ensure compliance and assess development opportunities.
- Ensures contract compliance, best practice, and service execution.
- Ensures systems data are kept up to date, provides support in the compilation and correction of errors in data for internal and external MI to ensure compliance and assess development opportunities.
- Working fluency in English
- Experience using Microsoft platforms, specifically strong excel skills.
- Experience with Point-of-sale/POP/POSM/Trade marketing from either a managed services, manufacturing or supplier/procurement backgrounds.

We are active in 97 markets globally and we are made up of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.
About The Role
To support the growth of a key account across 21 markets, we are expanding our client services team across Europe and as a result, we are now looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Poland. This is a permanent position which can be based remotely/working from home with infrequent travel needed.
You will be accountable for the operational management of the 2D, Flat pack and Pre-filled Display contract for our client. This involves the management and delivery of all Display requirements, additional service lines, quality control, and associated tasks. You will be responsible for: Service Delivery, a Client Services team, Client, and Supplier relationships via regular production meetings for each country, ensuring contractual KPI’s are met, supplier performance rating, and Financial Performance to reflect contractual agreements.
