What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and manage aging customer accounts to ensure timely resolution and accurate financial processing
- Analyze aging reports to identify trends or discrepancies and develop strategies to reduce outstanding timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounting inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on pipeline status and partner offboarding recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account operations, financial management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools or financial reporting systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the renewable energy or HVAC industries
- Familiarity with customer management systems and financial workflows
- Proven ability to enhance partner experience through process recommendations
