      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect potential customers using a consultative sales approach to identify their audio, visual, and lighting needs
      - Develop timely, complete, and profitable price quotations and bid responses, converting them into actual sales
      - Maintain a robust sales pipeline with detailed weekly reporting to track progress
      - Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends in the A/V/L/C sector
      - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must currently reside in the Tennessee or North Alabama area
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Audio/Video/Lighting commercial integration industry
      - Proven ability to identify and expand the customer base and convert cold targets into sales
      - Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word

      - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding aggressive sales goals
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
      - Availability to work outside of normal hours and travel as needed
      - Familiarity with current products and trends in the AVL marketplace
