What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service auto loan accounts that are 90+ days delinquent and document all collection activities using loan servicing software
- Ensure compliance with company policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternative payment methods
- Assist borrowers in developing strategies to meet loan obligations while retaining their vehicles
- Locate customers through databases and references (Skip Trace)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the collections field, preferably in the subprime consumer lending industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations
- High School Diploma or GED
