What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service auto loan accounts that are 90+ days delinquent and document all collection activities using loan servicing software
- Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternative payment methods
- Assist borrowers in developing strategies to keep their vehicles while fulfilling loan obligations
- Accurately document account information and collection activities in a professional manner
- Locate customers using databases and references (Skip Trace) as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the collections field, preferably within the subprime consumer lending industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations
- High School Diploma or GED required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Skip Tracing and knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Familiarity with auto finance and collections processes
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
