      About this position

      The Accounts Payable Process Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of invoices in alignment with North Memorial's established policies and procedures. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries related to invoice processes, providing timely and knowledgeable responses. Leveraging deep expertise in accounts payable, strong analytical capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail, the specialist plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and maintaining financial integrity.

      Requirements

      Education
      • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
      • Post high school education preferred.

      Experience
      • Minimum two years accounts payable experience.

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
      • Oracle Experience a plus
      • MN Sales and Use tax knowledge experience
      • 1099 Reporting
      • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) required
      • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
      • Office 365, one note, teams, sharepoint ETC ETC
      • 10-key skills required.
      • Highly detail-oriented with an ability to meet tight deadlines
      • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to liase with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

      Benefit Eligibility: Health insurance benefits are available for this position. North Memorial Health offers multiple health plans based on work group eligibility.

      Salary Range: N12 ($20.99 - $31.49), based on experience

      Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
