      Please review the following job description:
      The Accounting Operations Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting processes including transaction entry, reconciliation, and reporting activities. This role ensures accurate financial documentation, compliance with internal controls, and timely resolution of discrepancies to maintain operational integrity within the finance function.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
      • Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
      • Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
      • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
      • Prepare standard financial reports and maintain organized records in compliance with internal policies.
      • Support internal and external audit requests through accurate data compilation and documentation.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve routine accounting issues.
      • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
      • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations within a corporate environment.
      • Experience with accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

      CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS
      • No specific criteria is required.

      FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
      • Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
      • Proficiency in accounting systems and spreadsheet tools.
      • Analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving transaction discrepancies.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.
