- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Nursing or a related field; OR equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum of two years' accreditation experience working in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission Standards and regulatory compliance issues.
- Experience applying quality management/performance improvement and customer service approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

JOB CATEGORY: ACCREDITATION / COMMUNITY HEALTH / ADMINISTRATION
POSITION SUMMAYRY: This position assists with planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of a proactive continuous survey readiness program for the organization designed to reduce and eliminate the risk of injury to patients, visitors, and employees.
