  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways or received promotional offers to encourage bookings
  - Utilize salesmanship and customer service skills to enhance guest experiences and increase department revenue
  - Ensure tour volume targets are met for the resorts through effective communication and persuasion
  - Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and follow up as necessary
  - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve operational efficiency
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  - Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a related field
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  - Must reside within 50 miles of the Orlando, FL area
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the vacation ownership or travel industry
  - Proven track record of achieving sales targets or performance metrics
  - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse guests
  - Previous experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, could enhance communication with guests
