- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to optical / medical channel in your territory
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships across all assigned channels in your territory
- Leading all the aspects of customer account management, including negotiating annual contracts, following up on customer performance quarterly and annually
- Ensure timely communication of Johnson & Johnson quarterly plan of actions with customers in assigned territory
- Inform customers about new products or promotions that are relevant to their needs or preferences. If customers have queries about delivery or product quality
- Planning calls to the clients (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) considering tasks of Client's potential development in SF.com
- Filling the data of visits in SF.com or reporting format
- Participating in creation of business plans for entrusted territory
- Participation in training and educational courses according to the developed plan and for instructions of the sales manager
- Maintenance and development of necessary knowledge and abilities level
- Account Manager collaboration for the purpose of sales skills improvement, products knowledge increase and overall effectiveness of work in department
- Availability control of the resources necessary for accomplishment of objectives by team
- Timely and complete submission of calls on SF.com
- Regular update of the POA cycle plan and segmentation as aligned with line manager
- Timely providing other types of reporting and current operational information according to instructions
- Education: University degree: must be in Optometry or Pharmaceutical Science
- Previous Account Management experience (Minimum 2 years of relevant experience)
- Experience of the optical industry
- Language: English & Arabic
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, yet ask for guidance when needed
- Account Manager must be persuasive and highly motivated to make sales. Since it is often necessary to establish a relationship with a client before a successful sale, they must also be patient and persistent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and acquaintance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Saudi national
