What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and travel support to the Office of Economic Development and Competitiveness (OEDC) Managing Directors
- Coordinate and manage meeting calendars, ensuring alignment with divisional priorities
- Generate, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation for travel and administrative processes
- Serve as a core member of the division's operations team, enhancing workflow and communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of combined experience and/or education in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles
- Experience managing and coordinating calendars, drafting, and editing correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling inquiries and concerns
- Educational background in business administration, public relations, communications, or a closely related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Active notary public license
