      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Program Administrator, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings
      - Conduct background checks for developmental home and independent provider applicants
      - Compile weekly metrics and report to the Chief Network Administrator's Administration
      - Manage incoming phone calls and process mail while maintaining confidential files
      - Assist with program research and special projects as needed by the Program Administrator

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of responsible administrative experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
      - Strong customer service skills and effective oral and written communication abilities
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
      - Must possess a current, valid driver's license and successfully pass background checks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Google applications
      - Familiarity with office administration principles and time management practices
      - Previous experience in a government or nonprofit environment
