      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and distribute a variety of internal and external reports, including redacted Incident Reports
      - Coordinate the timely distribution of Incident Reports for IOC meetings across the state
      - Maintain databases and tracking systems for incident analysis and system improvements
      - Prepare ad hoc reports as required by the Statewide IOC Coordinator
      - Ensure high-quality and timely reporting while handling confidential information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience utilizing various computer programs at an advanced level (e.g., Word, Excel, database systems)
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to maintain and update database files accurately
      - Proven problem-solving skills in a professional environment
      - Ability to work with technical and confidential data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least one year of experience in a similar administrative role
      - Familiarity with human dynamics and organizational systems
      - Experience in compiling, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data into report formats
      - Knowledge of additional software applications like Tableau and FOCUS
