      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide assistance to the public and stakeholders, interpreting laws and regulations related to plant health and quarantines
      - Answer phone calls and monitor emails for the Plant Services Program
      - Assist with management tasks, including taking minutes for meetings and auditing timekeeping records
      - Coordinate purchases and deliveries of forage marking materials for the Washington Wilderness Hay and Mulch Program
      - Serve as a liaison between program staff and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School graduation or GED
      - Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in administrative support functions and customer service
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Knowledge of state government policies on travel, time, leave, and attendance
      - Experience interpreting relevant laws and regulations related to the Plant Services Program

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Plant Inspection Services & Certification Electronic System (PISCES)
      - Familiarity with RCWs and WACs associated with agricultural services
