      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office Director, Deputy Director, Chief Investigator, and Operations Manager
      - Schedule meetings, manage agendas, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff
      - Oversee office protocols and ensure adherence to standards and priorities
      - Compile reports and complete special project assignments as directed by leadership
      - Serve as the office-wide record keeper and quality assurance oversight for administrative documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) or more years of progressively responsible experience in an executive-level business office as an Administrative Assistant 3 or higher
      - Three (3) or more years of experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, demonstrating advanced skills
      - Knowledge of office organization, methods, and management principles
      - Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and lead teams effectively
      - Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with staff, management, and the public

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two (2) or more years of experience leading or supervising professional or clerical staff
      - Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft SharePoint, and Visio
      - Knowledge and training in quality improvement processes and tools
      - Proven ability to create and manage presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
