      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Administrator of the Child Care Subsidy Program
      - Manage calendar activities, prepare agendas, and summarize meeting outcomes
      - Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure compliance with agency travel policies
      - Review and summarize reports and documents for management
      - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Equivalent combination of education and experience totaling four (4) years in an administrative assistant capacity to a mid-level manager, administrator, or executive
      - OR an Associate's Degree and two (2) years of relevant professional experience
      - Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
      - Commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful workplace principles
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

      - Experience in a professional setting requiring strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting software applications
      - Ability to interpret travel guidelines and administrative policies

      - Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects with accuracy
