      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between the HCMACS Executive Program Director and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
      - Coordinate meetings and information requests with the Executive Program Director
      - Draft, review, and edit documents using Microsoft Office applications
      - Oversee administrative activities for HCMACS, including document organization and communication management
      - Manage scheduling, logistics, and coordination of meetings and events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year as an Administrative Assistant 3 or two years as an Administrative Assistant 2
      - High school graduation or GED plus four years of progressively responsible experience in office/clerical, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative work
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Teams
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting and/or leading teams
      - Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) or other project management platforms (e.g., Asana)
      - Knowledge of state personnel rules and regulations
      - Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills
      - Experience supporting IT or health IT professionals
