      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct scheduling and administrative support for the Deputy Commissioner of the Rates, Forms, and Provider Networks division
      - Coordinate logistics for meetings, including arranging conference calls and preparing agendas
      - Prioritize and triage requests using independent judgment based on program workload and deadlines
      - Assist in reviewing correspondence for organization, clarity, and adherence to standards
      - Act as a liaison between staff and external stakeholders, supporting division goals and daily operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduation or GED
      - Four years of progressively responsible experience in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative work
      - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to accurately type a minimum of 40 words per minute
      - Demonstrated superior writing skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience with the Washington State Travel System (TEMS) or similar
      - Experience using a case management system
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Prior supervisory experience of support staff
