      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage calendars and coordinate unit meetings for the Customer Contact Center leadership team
      - Proofread and compose business communications or documents to ensure they meet agency standards
      - Establish and maintain office procedures, standards, and work methods
      - Relay assignments between managers, supervisors, and team members to ensure effective operations
      - Coordinate office operations and activities, including scheduling services, facilities, and equipment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) years of professional work experience coordinating schedules and activities with services, facilities, and equipment
      - Two (2) years of technical knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - Ability to type 40 words per minute
      - Understanding and adherence to agency values of respect, trust, diversity, equity, and inclusion
      - Experience can be gained concurrently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two (2) years of experience with Department of Licensing (DOL) systems and programs
      - Associate's degree or higher
