      The Administration Suite administrative assistant (AA) is responsible for providing front desk coverage. This individual will be the first contact for people entering the administrative suite and will provide friendly and professional greetings to executives, Board members, key leadership, team members, patients, and other guests. The AA will answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct person or department. The AA will also be responsible for providing general administrative support to the executive leadership and executive assistant (EA) teams in a collaborative and professional manner.

      Requirements

      • High School Diploma required
      • At least two years’ experience in an administrative/clerical type position interacting with the public required

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      • Prior administrative assistant experience interacting with executives and the public preferred
      • Administrative Assistant Certification preferred

      Skills:

      • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
      • Ability to meet consistent and punctual attendance.
      • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and customers face to face.
      • Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
