      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Campus Pastor, including calendar management
      - Manage campus communication through various channels, including the church database and email
      - Coordinate campus calendar, including room reservations for events and services
      - Track budgets and submit reimbursements as needed
      - Participate in weekly staff meetings to contribute ideas for ministry improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in data entry and tracking
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and anticipate needs effectively
      - Must be a member of The Summit Church or willing to become a member

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to quickly learn other digital systems
      - Evidence of ongoing spiritual growth, such as regular church attendance and participation in small groups
