What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Translational Data Analytics Institute (TDAI) faculty director
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar coordination for the faculty director
- Interface with TDAI’s advisory boards, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items
- Attend weekly staff meetings and provide operations support for TDAI programs and events
- Ensure adherence to department procedures and university policies for administrative processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in managing complex schedules and travel arrangements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in business administration or a relevant field
- 4-6 years of professional working experience
- Experience in higher education, specifically with OSU systems such as Workday, eRequest, and eTravel
- Project management experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
