What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Project Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Maintain project calendars, deliverable trackers, and timelines aligned with contract requirements
- Support the processing and tracking of invoices, reimbursements, and project-related expenses
- Draft and format routine communications on behalf of the Project Director and coordinate across internal teams
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, executive support, or project coordination roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting senior leaders, contracts, or public-sector projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic data tracking tools
