      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide general administrative support services, including processing mail and ordering supplies
      - Manage inventory and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
      - Act as the primary point of contact for accounts payable duties, including invoice processing
      - Coordinate special events and maintain administrative calendars in Outlook
      - Assist with communication and support for families, teachers, and community members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
      - Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
      - Ability to pass required background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with inventory management
      - Experience in office management
      - Experience working on or with a team
