      Job Description
      • Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries for a weekly residential trash pickup service
      • Process billing and payments using two billing software platforms (one web-based, one Windows-installed)
      • Follow up with the internal team via email on action items
      • Log and manage customer communications
      • Support the owners and account managers with general administrative tasks

      Skill Set
      • Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY. • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent (customer base includes elderly individuals) • Customer service skills • Windows operating computer (for one of their tools)
