What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and manage the executive's inbox during evening hours, handling approximately 50-100 emails
- Respond to emails on behalf of the executive using approved language and guidelines
- Accurately update CRM activities, notes, and follow-ups
- Organize, tag, and move deals within the CRM system
- Identify and flag urgent or high-value messages for executive review
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Filipino permanently residing in the Philippines
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience managing a high-volume email inbox
- Proficient in using CRM tools
- Ability to work independently with strong organization and attention to detail
