      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional phone support to management and staff
      - Compose, edit, and format correspondence and reports
      - Copy, scan, and organize documents for client distribution
      - Process incoming and outgoing mail and prepare FedEx shipments
      - Assist with additional administrative duties as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma with at least 2 years of related experience, or a college degree
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Typing speed of 50 WPM
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus
      - 1–5 years of experience in an administrative role
