      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform complex office administrative duties, including typing, filing, and correspondence
      - Compose complex letters and memoranda for management
      - Organize and maintain office filing systems, including confidential files
      - Arrange and coordinate meetings, preparing necessary materials and documenting minutes
      - Authorize purchases and payments and assist in budget preparation and monitoring

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) years of experience above the routine clerk level in office support or secretarial work
      - One (1) year must have been as a Secretary 2 or its equivalent
      - Considerable knowledge of office administration and management
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to operate office equipment and software efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Significant experience in office administration and management
      - Proven experience with business communications and business math
      - Strong interpersonal skills and experience in taking notes using shorthand or speedwriting
      - Familiarity with department and/or unit policies and procedures
