      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform secretarial and administrative duties of a confidential nature
      - Carry out delegated administrative functions and schedule meetings and appointments
      - Answer telephone calls, prepare reports, and maintain files
      - Draft documents and correspondence
      - Provide support to staff and assist with home health operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of three years of secretarial experience, preferably at the executive level
      - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to work well under pressure and exercise independent judgment
      - Experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associates' Degree preferred
      - Experience in the healthcare industry or home health realm
