What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and prioritize multiple assignments while acting as a liaison between internal and external customers
- Administer calendar and schedule management for healthcare professionals
- Compose and prepare various correspondence, including reports and presentation materials
- Provide coverage for front-end operations, point of service, and registration
- Assist in coordinating management functions and special projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Typing proficiency of 35 words per minute with accuracy preferred

- Associate's Degree
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Familiarity with personal protective equipment protocols
