      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clerical support for department/facility directors and managers, including customer service and phone support
      - Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel accommodations as necessary
      - Prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes, and maintain a list of committee participants
      - Ensure proper inventory levels of office supplies and manage invoice and payment processes
      - Develop and maintain organized filing and retrieval systems for historical reference

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 3-4 years of experience in a General Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Office Assistant role
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
