      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clerical and technical support for the Dean and administrative office, including document preparation and maintenance
      - Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and take minutes for discussions
      - Monitor and track deadlines while preparing reports and handling confidential issues
      - Serve as a resource for faculty, staff, and the public regarding college policies and procedures
      - Assist with admissions, registrations, and the maintenance of student records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education and experience sufficient for the needs of the position, such as a Bachelor's Degree with one year of related experience, or an Associate's Degree with two years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with three years of related experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with other automated systems software
      - Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well
      - Must be able to adhere to safety and compliance policies of the employer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) or conversational language abilities
      - Experience in a higher education environment
      - Familiarity with student records management and admissions processes
