      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for callers and program participants, ensuring effective communication
      - Manage and relay information efficiently within the office
      - Assist with the organization and management of medical records
      - Perform administrative and clerical duties to support office operations
      - Handle payroll and billing responsibilities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical roles
      - At least 1 year of experience with payroll and/or billing duties
      - A minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical and/or social services field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
