What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Obtain and maintain active status of all necessary licenses for roofing and contracting services in the U.S. and Canada
- Ensure all federal, state, and local business licenses are current, maintaining a database to track license status
- Interact with service providers to manage license renewals and exam scheduling
- Process payments for license and qualifier fees in a timely manner
- Perform general administrative duties, including drafting correspondence and creating presentation materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in administrative support
- Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with government personnel at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic office tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in licensing and compliance management within a similar industry
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar database management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
