What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create customized letters and emails using Microsoft Word Mail Merge features and Luminate
- Update CRM database with data and activity for donors, participants, and accounts; prepare reports
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain record-keeping and filing systems for the area of responsibility
- Conduct phone calls to support the work of field staff
- Potentially engage in light graphic design using Canva
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience providing basic administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Word Mail Merge
- Strong attention to detail and ability to type
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a non-profit or health organization
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva
