What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide "best in class" customer service to customers, associates, vendors, and partners
- Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist visitors to the Home Office
- Correspond with internal and external parties via phone, fax, and email
- Order and maintain office supplies, prepare and send out gift cards, and assist with various tasks and projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Google Docs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with retail or grocery industry
